Construction at Green Hills will Start begining summer 2023
Green Hills is set to be one of the most advanced and modern developments in the region. With 14 m width for the main roads and 10 m width for secondary roads.

All roads within the development will be equipped with wide sidewalks on both sides of the road, as well as dedicated bicycle areas that will ensure safe and easy access for cyclists.

An advanced underground electrical system that utilises solar energy will power the development, eliminating unsightly overhead power lines and providing an uninterrupted visual appeal.

Additionally, the entrance of Green Hills Armenia is sure to be a spectacular sight, with its 50 meter wide opening creating a grand sense of arrival. Furthermore, there will be gas pipes and water pipes installed underground to ensure secure provision of both utilities.
